We meet at Emmanuel Catholic Church in Delray Beach one Saturday each month – almost always on the second Saturday. Our meetings begin with mass at 8:30 AM. There is no cost to join. We are a not-for-profit group.

In his Rule, St. Benedict says that we are to “welcome all guests as one would welcome Christ”.
In accord with Cistercian hospitality, we do! Those interested in learning more about our Lay Cistercian charism are welcome to join us at our monthly meeting for morning prayer, conference, sext, and lunch.
They may do this for three meetings over the course of a period of no longer than six months. During this time, we encourage them to speak with the members about our community. They are also encouraged to attend a retreat at Holy Spirit Monastery.
If interested in entering into formation as a Lay Cistercian with our community, a letter may be written to the Council explaining their reasons. We will supply ample help along the way to becoming a Lay Cistercian.
