The Lay Cistercian movement encourages people to integrate monastic practices into their daily lives to create a daily rhythm of prayer. Like the act of breathing for the physical body, these monastic practices are like breathing for the soul.
The monastic day consists of what is called “the Benedictine Tripod” which has these three main elements:
- Prayer
- Holy Reading
- Work

We meet every second Saturday of the month at Emmanuel Catholic Church in Delray Beach, Florida.
